As a Third Party Administrator, our task is to do our job well so that our customers don't have to think about compliance, claims or accuracy. We work hard every day to pay attention to small details that are the difference between an excellent administrator and an adequate administrator.

We always work with two goals in mind:

1. We want to reduce the transactional friction in administering HRA, FSA and COBRA for our employer clients. We seek to bring the same with our administrative services using technology, clear pricing and ever improving ways of handling customer data.
2. We help individuals. Health Insurance choices are complex. Our expertise is valuable. Other administrators do not combine individual customer consultation with their core services. We are confident that our effort to go the extra mile helps individuals find their best option. One person at a time.
